Welcome to House Pro Plan, operated by MKC Enterprises LLC. By subscribing to our services or using our website (houseproplan.com), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview of Services

House Pro Plan offers subscription-based home maintenance services designed to help homeowners maintain their properties proactively. Each plan includes a specified number of visits per year and up to 2 hours of included service per cycle. Services are preventative and maintenance-focused and may include inspections, routine upkeep, minor adjustments, and reporting.

2. Service Areas

We currently serve Western Kentucky, including but not limited to Paducah, Mayfield, Murray, Benton, and Calvert City. Service availability may vary by location. If you are outside our primary service area, please contact us to confirm availability.

3. Scheduling and Access

Routine visits are scheduled based on your selected plan. We will coordinate with you to arrange convenient appointment times. You are responsible for providing access to your property during scheduled visits. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in service limitations or termination.

4. Service Limitations

House Pro Plan provides maintenance and preventative services only. We do not perform licensed plumbing, electrical, or HVAC installation or major repair work requiring specialized contractor licenses beyond our scope. If we identify issues requiring specialized repair, we will inform you and may recommend qualified contractors. Any work beyond the scope of your plan may incur additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.

5. Payments and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified during signup. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle. If payment fails, we will notify you, and you will have a grace period to update your payment information. Continued non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via email or phone. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. However, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of prepaid months. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to scheduled services through the end of your current billing period.

7. Guarantees and Warranties

We strive to provide quality service in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we do not guarantee future performance of any system or component in your home. Our services are designed to maintain and inspect, not to warranty or ensure against all possible failures or issues. Pre-existing conditions, improper prior repairs, or factors outside our control may affect outcomes.

8. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, House Pro Plan and MKC Enterprises LLC are not liable for damage to property or injury resulting from pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, system failures unrelated to our work, or acts of nature. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for services in the billing period in which the claim arose. You agree to maintain appropriate homeowner's insurance coverage.

9. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your property, disclose known issues or hazards, and maintain safe access to areas requiring service. You are responsible for providing necessary materials (such as light bulbs, filters, or fixtures) unless otherwise specified in your plan. You must also maintain homeowner's insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your property.

10. Privacy Policy

We collect and use your personal information solely for the purpose of providing services and managing your account. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to deliver our services. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
